Cryptocurrency news: Shilpa Shetty's husband questioned regarding a Bitcoin scam, and more (Hindi)


In this cryptocurrency news update, we first look at Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra who was questioned by the Enforcement Directorate in connection with a Bitcoin scam. The scam that finds some of the instances linked to Raj Kundra is the infamous GainBitcoin scam, run by mastermind Amit Bhardwaj. The scam duped 8,000 gullible investors to the tune of Rs 2000 making it one of the biggest cryptocurrency scams in India. In other news, Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak has said that Bitcoin should become the web's currency. In addition, Microsoft's Github acquisition has not gone down too well with blockchain developers who have said that the corporate takeover will destroy the identity of the decentralized code repository. These developers are now considering other platforms such as Gitlab and Keybase. Lastly, we feature a surprise coin listing by WazirX which has added Quarckchain on its platform, in addition to the planned Theta and Dent listings today.
